The majority of my stay here was great like anything there were my opinions of highs and lows. The amenities are great, accessible, and generally clean. There are many trails within walking distance and so many more within 10 to 20 minute drive. The maintenance is timely and engaging; whenever I had an issue they would explain the fix if I were there and if not they left a short note. The office staff was open to feedback and great with event planning and community engagement, they allow the residents to plan or be involved in the process if it’s your thing. My biggest gripe is with the irresponsible dog owners. The inability to bend over when next to a bag stand to pick up after your pet is grotesque. Hello! I wanted to stop by and thank you for your beautiful, correct, night-sky and neighbor-friendly exterior lighting! I drive a truck nightly from Albuquerque to Trinidad and back. I'm also a dark sky volunteer advocate and an avid outdoors person in my spare time. It's so nice to see beautiful examples of correct outdoor lighting. Of course we can have both... light and stars!! Thanks for all you do!

My husband and I had the best experience with Jenny today. She was so fabulous and kind and completely transparent! The property is AMAZING and the amenities are fantastic. Would STRONGLY Recommend. i’m currently living here and the new manager sheila has been the upmost respectful and helpful manager here!!! she’s super sweet!! she helped me when my downstairs neighbors kept harassing me, my son, his father and especially our dog!! and she went out of her way to help move us to a better, more beautiful and comfortable apartment, thank you so much sheila for everything you’ve done for my little family as we begin our journey through life💙 - morales family

We were among some of the first tenants in your upscale property, we have been very comfortable with our unit from that day forward. That said, your new Assistant Manager Jennie has been wonderful, from office to property. Everytime we have any concerns, she acts immediately in a professional and efficent manner. Yesterday she hosted a 'Hamburgers by the Pool' we went because of her. We had a great time and even met a few neighboring tenants. Everyone had a great time. You have a real winner with Jennie!
