Churchview Garden Apartments

Living here on and off 15yrs Quiet, clean, safe, and very well maintained. Excellent environment!

My problem is simple our property borders and many times in the past residents and contractors have walked 50 yards past dumpster to through garbage, railroad ties from the playground over a 4' fence on to my property plus a ton of garbage IV lived here 30 years and only 1 man Jim would make things right and I thank him for that.also my late Grandmother passed we cleaned thoroughly and hired professionals but they didn't want to give us security deposit back,they say it needs painting well the apt. Wasn't painted when she moved in 4 years ago? So what's up with that? She passed every inspection and this is how she was compensated very unfair we even gave most of her furniture to needy neibors.but good people finished last and that sux.anyone has a problem you know were to find me thx

Been living here since I was 12. I'm 39 now, I wouldn't choose another place to live.
