The maintenance guy is very nice and helpful. Even at today’s prices I think this place is too much money for the quality of upgrades they have and the lack of amenities. If I owned it, I would put some redwood wood chips around the trees and along the club house. Upgrade the washers and dryers in the laundry room to way better machines. Put a pool in. I know there was one at one point, but it was covered and a nice playground was built over it. But a pool would be really nice in the summer and I would actually make it an indoor heated pool for all year. And upgrade the gym equipment. With as big as the property is and as old as the units are, I would gut them out and update the outside as well or even get rid of them and build some duplexes with bigger rooms. Nice place, a little old (in some ways). Pros: Most of the neighbors are good people, very friendly. They let you do whatever with the little dirt patch by the door, so a garden or flower patch is a possibility not always available for apartments at the same cost point. I had a fun little tomato garden that kept me busy all summer long. Mary is the manager, she's very nice and reasonable in my experience. We got our deposit back after doing a pretty thorough cleanout. There's actually quite a bit of storage space in the kitchen as well as in the large closets in each bedroom. Oh, and all of our appliances were actually new, which was really nice. Cons: There's a bit of crime in the area, some of which may be from residents on the property, but not near where I was living. I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and have never had any problems people don’t already deal with in an apartment community lol. I did finally have something go wrong in my home and I let the landlord Mary know(on the 3rd of July) and she had everything handled and done by today and the maintenance man Shaun who came and fixed my electrical problem, was absolutely awesome and handled everything perfect, thank you Shaun!! Glad we have helpful and dedicated people to maintain our apartment and security, a big thank you from our family!!!

Took forever to get things fixed! And we have had two bikes stolen off the back porch when the shared back yards only accessible from another apartment

This place is a joke. The guy seems very rude. I wouldn’t rent from here unless you want to deal with a rude person all the time. They also declined people for the stupidest reasons. What a joke.
