I was in the process of purchasing a home and my realtor at the time kept telling me " I don't have time, I will submit your offer within a week when I'm freed up." I was so upset I had to switch realtor. A friend recommended his realtor, who recommended Joan Yee from Avalon. Joann Yee was beyond amazing. She was quick, attentive and a true professional through out the entire process. I was so happy I took the chance to work with her to purchase my condo. She is there to help her clients. When I plan to sell and move back to the mainland I would definitely have Joan or someone else from Avalon represent me because they have proven themselves to be true professionals! If I could give her and Avalon Realty 1 million stars I would, but five stars would have to be sufficient for now! Thanks al
