I had a negative experience with this realtor. She represented the builder from which we bought our home. Each time we tried to ask questions, it took a lot of time, sometimes a week or more, to get a response. We finally had to contact the builder to ask about the property. The builder was wonderful and answered our questions right away, but we did wonder why she made our experience difficult and if the builder is aware this is why we went to him to ask questions.
