One week ago a gentleman broker from Christie’s after preparing a commercial lease for one of my properties told me “the time he’s spending on this is not worth it for the 2,050 commission he and his company will receive plus a $500 bonus that I offered to pay to him. This gentleman broker should be fired and I was appalled by his remarks and quickly asked him to withdraw from my listing which he did. He has helped me on preparing renewal leases which I have paid him $300 for each and he has also completed several rentals when he worked for Eastern Reality Group over the years. I immediately contacted the Senior management broker last Thursday of Christie’s and he assured me that he will turn this over to another broker and that Christie’s would complete the lease to begin Sept 1st 2024 fo
