Christian Peterson - Keller Williams Premier Lake Minnetonka

Mr. Peterson is very skilled at what he does: sees an opportunity and takes advantage. Mr. Peterson attempted to purchase my property via some questionable practices while he worked at Keller-Williams. He attempted to act sympathetic to my plight as a homeowner, offered an asinine amount for my home, and then attempted to used his legal expertise to ensure I, as the homeowner, carried the brunt of the burden during our contract together. As a result, I listed my house elsewhere. It's concerning that Mr. Peterson now works for Lake Sotheby's reality after leaving Keller-Williams. I would NOT trust him as a reputable person or realtor.

Christian Peterson has been my realtor for three years...selling a home in the suburbs and purchasing a maintenance free townhome. I appreciate his ability to handle all types of properties, his attention to detail, his commitment to a quality experience for his clients and his follow through. I respect that he assembles a team that works efficiently and effectively from the onset of a transaction until it's completion. I highly recommend Christian and would use him in the future.
