CHR Commercial & Home Report

We were super pleased with Richard Humphries with CHR Inspections! He did both our house and Lake house ! Not only did he drive hours to meet us during Thanksgiving weekend, he did a great job explaining the printed report and walked my parents through the majority of all maintenance issues they might encounter in the future. So thankful to Mr. Humphries for quickly diagnosing the issue with the foundation of our house and recommending steps to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work! Worst inspector money can hire. Although he arrived on time but he had goal to finish inspection of a 3750 sq feet home in 1 hour and half of that time he spent on phone talking with folks. When I arrived and asked him to pay attention to find Him behaving unprofessionally saying I have an appointment and I don't want to be late. Long story short, He missed water damage - no mention, he missed broken roof tiles- no mention of that, he missed Air Condition - that I had to get fixed as soon as we moved in. He never tested pool backflow to clean filter. Had no mention of fence being standing on steroids. Wiring was bad in the front of house .. Again no mention of that. VERY POOR job. Not to mention, he was referred by property agent. I guess that is how he gets his business. Conclusion :

Richard did my home inspection in a very professional manner. He was on-time and efficient, very knowledgeable, and pointed out areas of concern. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends who are in the market to buy a house. Thank you Richard for helping me be more informed of the house that I bought. It was reassuring to know that I was getting my money's worth!
