Do not use this firm to buy or sell your home. Billy Chorey, the Principal Broker of Chorey and Associates, was involved in our home purchase. There are several items from the PICRA that were supposed to be fixed and Chorey and Associates are not fixing them. We have informed them that certain items were not fixed and our several emails have been ignored or we were sent an email stating, " I will not reply to that email". It is sad to see a firm that has been around for 30+ years, not honor a contract and repair items listed in the PICRA. Since they are not replying or addressing these items, we are going to have to come out of pocket a few thousand to get these items fixed. Don't waist your time on a firm that will not honor a legal, binding contract.
