Absolutely wothless. If a negative opinion was available, I would use it. I used this realtor as a Sellers Agent, the service provided was mostly provided to the BUYERS. Choice promised to mitige my sell; when called on to so they tucked tail and ran. There are a few agencies that do hold realtors accountable.
