Working with Amir and his team has been a positive experience. They responded quickly and have resolved issues efficiently, most recently dealing with the HVAC unit. Good communication regarding building updates. No concerns with Choice NY Mgmt and the Concierge team is excellent.

Our building has had Amir Dracini as our property manager for over a year, and we are extremely happy with him! He is always calm, patient, easy to work with, follows up on all issues and goes above and beyond to help resolve whatever comes up, including when he’s out of town and during off hours! Outstanding!!

Amir and the folks at Choice NY Management have been great stewards of the building. I am especially appreciative as I have a developmentally disabled brother in the building and Amir and Choice NY Management have been especially sensitive to and caring about his situation. They continue to go above and beyond and I am very grateful.
