Poor customer service!!!!!

I would highly recommend Mark!! He arrived early to my inspection and immediately made me feel comfortable, answering some initial questions before getting started. He was patient and is a very clear communicator. At the end of the service Mark walked me through some findings, showed me things as an FYI, and answered more questions! The inspection itself was efficient and thorough, and subsequent report which I received in less than 24 hours was detailed. All around great experience during a very nerve-wracking time!!
