Nice people. Apartment seem clean.

They have two different numbers that you have to call and see if they work. If u don't call them as soon as they open then i wish u the best of luck. They rent is to high and they have so much problems going on in the apartments and never want to do anything to fix them and if they fix it's not done right.

They don't fix anything. My air been broke since I moved in with promises to fix it. The washing machine been broke for 4 months. Last night somebody shot 7 rounds in the sky in front my opened window. We came home yesterday to our door being kicked in and found out from another tenant that lately someone has been going around doing that. Our building is almost empty our new landlord has a nasty attitude. I can't afford to move right now but I will very soon.

Slum lords, don't want to fix anything but get mad if you don't pay rent. I know a blind man who lives there and has been w/o a/c and heating since July of 2020. He had to use big blankets when the ice/snow storm hit bc his heating was not working. They hire men off the street to work but refuse to pay them to get the job done. I would not allow a dog to live there.

Excellent and helpful office staff and management is superb. Apartments are clean, rates are the lowest in town. I was looking for an apartment for a friend and she was happy to move in and pleased with the appearance of her apartment.
