The field staff and support staff at CHOC provided excellent service by their participation in the Energy Savings Assistance Program to reduce my energy costs with enery efficient products. The installation of a high efficiency furnace to replace my 35 year old furnace has resulted in better heating with less cost. I would encourage anyone to look into a energy audit by this weatherzation company and see what available options might be available to you.

They came and weatherstripping the place for free through ESA. If your water heater fail and you are qualified, they replace it for free. They are busy so I recommend patience and call them two days ahead to confirm your appointment.

this place in Davis California is not so cool it has squirrels on top of the roof it is very annoying Davis California. Our management is not responsive to my request for the owners contact information. Which leads me to believe. This complex is owned by a crooked private equity company company s that our not helping tenants with problems are looking out for there own well being .if you know who i can concact let me know because this is so cracy . I am asking all of you to ask our manager for the owners contact information.

Absolutely waist of time don’t let these people into your home they promise me attic insulation but they didn’t have permits in Sacramento so couldn’t do it they told me my windows are not energy efficient they were built in the 60s but would only replace them if they were cracked all the way through. This program is funded by our tax dollars and they do absolutely NOTHING. They need to go.
