Jerrica has made the process of renting my duplex so wonderful! She is a great communicator and responds to my questions very timely. The units are in great condition and she has made this a perfect place to call home!

These homes are beautiful. Jerrica has been great. I just moved in recently and she’s been nothing but helpful the entire time! I spoke with her and toured the properties about a year ago. When I came back, she still remembered me. She’s explained the process thoroughly and got me in with such ease! I’d recommend anyone to live here!

Staff is very responsive! Love that they allow us to have personality with our home even though it's renting. Jerrica is very attentive to the property.

I love the fact that we have three bedroom , 2 bathrooms ,the front and back yard that is fenced in. 2 car garage. A foyer open kitchen with a large living room. Wooden floor for easy cleaning. We can sit on the patio on a nice day or the front porch. The yard is maintained and you can call the office to get things fixed. The experience has been nice and the manager friendly and on time with the maintenance that needs to be done. My grandbabies love it and I love seeing them enjoying a nice place to live. The neighbors are friendly and I wish there were more duplexes in the neighborhood. I like to have a four bedroom duplex maybe one day that will be until then I will enjoy this ,come join us.
