Chinowth & Cohen Realtors - Skiatook

Will never use Chinowth and Cohen Realtors for any listing or buying of real estate. No business integrity with this company. Looked at a house with my agent negotiated a price and we accepted the sellers counter offer. All of this is in text messages where there was a verbal agreement and the listing agent stated there were no other offers on the table, time is of the essence in real estate. My agent got everything to me and back to their agent in one to two hours (while I was at work trying to deal with this) yet the listing agent from Chinowth and Cohen Realtors did not get the contract to her sellers when she had all day to get the contract to them. The next day another offer came in to her and she said "she had to show the sellers" which is simply not true after a verbal agreement had

They are great, though I question the ethics of some of their agents. I guess you'll always have a few bad apples in a company that employs that many people
