This property has had tremendous updates done. The parking lot has been repaired, the insides have been renovated, and new management is awesome. I love that they have replaced the flower beds with these super pretty rocks. Great touch. Also, the stairs are brand new, and the stained wood looks awesome! Worth it to come and check them out for sure.
Over priced, shady as hell. Enter the apartments without telling tenants . Charge different amounts to different people for the exact same thing. Dirty, no maintenance so everything is always broken. They charge the individual tenants for bug control so there are roaches and other bugs. Would never recommend to anyone.
The property is well taken care of and recently got several updates. The management team is very helpful and responsive.
Such a gorgeous completely renovated apartment! Looks great!
