Chillum Manor Apartments

Scheduled an appointment to view an apartment days in advance, received confirmation via email, and arrived at the scheduled time. Called the office after waiting 10 mins, no answer, left after 20 mins past my scheduled appointment time. If you’re not interested in the apartment management business, that’s fine, find a new career, but don’t waste my time while you’re figuring it out.

I have been living in this apartment for 5 years and it has been a nightmare.mice and a bed bug infestation is out of control that the pest control guy who treats the apartments told me once, it is too bad that they can't control the issue. The so-called apartment manager(Matthew) is too lazy and don't have any clue how to deal with tenants and the situation. He will go the extra mile for a single and attractive woman's, other than that he is like he is not there at all.dont know why they keep him there.location was very good but management is the worst of all.

Decent low-cost near Metro

I was there for business purposes. I was impressed with the community manager. The units for rent are quite nice.
