I would like to give a big Thank You to Rozanna who was our escrow officer. She helped us navigate through our probate real estate transaction and was accommodating to our family as we all live in different areas in California and one of our siblings lives out of state. Rozanna was pleasant to work with and helped us with our questions and was very thorough and thoughtful in her interactions with us. Rozanna followed up with us and she always made sure that we completed our paperwork in a timely manner. She went above and beyond and I know she put in some late nights working with us on the phone. Thanks again to Rozanna for making our escrow experience a good one.

The staff is a hit or miss. The lady that answers the phone or comes out when you walk him is very nice, honest and professional. However, one of the ladies Eva was lost and had us wait for a refund for 2+ weeks. Claimed she mailed the check found out through the front desk lady she never created one. On one occasion I witnessed her be very rude to le lady that helped me over the phone. I wish I knew the lady that answers the phones name because she was an Angel and helped me get the final stuff from them.

Heather was phenomenal! She made the process easy and smooth!
