Cheyenne Trails Apartments

I really enjoyed living here! Gloria is a great property manager and helped with anything that I needed. Maintenance was quick when I had issues and the apartment was freshly renovated so it had a great modern look to it. Despite being next to the airforce base, it isn't very noisy at night or during the day. Gated complex as well so it felt safe at any time of day. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking to move to Vegas!

I never came a cross a manager who actually cared about her residents and their well being Gloria will go above and beyond for her residents and do whatever is in her power to help. Thanks to her she was able to help my kids and other residents get free backs packs from the police back to school drive she made sure the kids in her property were ready for back to school! And helped parents save money in today’s economy it was a blessing to us! Thank you so much Cheyenne trails ❤️

Amazing employees here. They have the best customer service. I highly recommend choosing this place to live if you are military or not. I was offered a house on base and they allowed me to break my lease due to some hardship circumstances. One of their employees even held my daughter’s hand to help me while touring the apartments. I could not have asked for a more personable experience.

I just moved into this apartment community and so far it's been really peaceful. The manager and office staff are really kind and always very helpful.

Gloria was so helpful and accommodating. She made the whole move in process easy and enjoyable.
