My mother lives there and the place is so well cared for and the staff is fantastic! If she ever needs anything they attend to her needs right away. Maintenance is right on top of things they never make you wait for anything either. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

If I could give negative stars for this apartment complex, I would. I lived here for two years and it was the WORST. For starters, the property managers, Jessica and Kristen, would get back to you after a week or two, if they ever got back at all. They were unprofessional and immature and when they would answer my emails, they would provide vague answers that didn't answer my question. My second year there, the heat went out in the middle of January and it took THREE DAYS for maintenance to fix it. It was freezing outside and my unit was 40 degrees. The AC broke on my last day there and my apartment was 83 degrees in June. Additionally, our apartment always smelled like weed, because the upstairs neighbors smoked and it came through the vents. I was a resident at Chestnut Ridge Court Apartments for close to 4 years. We absolutely loved living there. The property is well maintained and located in beautiful neighborhood. The management was amazing, always attended to any issues immediately. Tracy is so straightforward very helpful. Lisa, Rosemary and more recently Audrey- at the management office were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I made one yr lease at this apartment, worst experience ever! During the summer, the AC broke like 3 times, causing water floating at basement. They didn’t take any responsibility to clear the leakage at first, which eventually cause every thing down the basement immersed. Then they throw all the storage without telling you, which still I don’t even know where my stuff gone. Before we move out, we sent multiple emails letting them know we’re leaving and need the instructions. No one follows up and stupid people don’t even know how to reply to all in an email. They never appear at the leasing office even it’s their work day. If you don’t wanna work, they quit your job!!
