Chestnut II Apartments

Zero stars. Do not move here. Maintenance doesn't do their job- had a hole in my wall from them, took 5 months for them to fix, the property manager is passive. My upstairs neighbor kept flooding the bathroom and my ceiling suffered- no one fixed it. Roach infestations in the apartments, but they will tell you they don't have a bug problem- I had to put bandaids on the ceiling to cover the holes to try to keep roaches from entering, it didn't work. Toilet runs and you get charged the bill. Corporate doesn't do anything either.

I’ve been living at chestnut for years. I would like to say my stay here has been great. When in fact it’s been nothing but gaslighting and empty promises. With me as the resident paying more money with little benefit. When they say you get what you pay for. It’s for real. When I first moved in I placed my application and my down payment. When it was move in time. The apartment stated they had no application or down payment from me. Good thing I kept my receipts of the down payment and application fee. They stated that they gave my attended apartment to another person. With no apology they gave me an option to move into a temporary apartment. I need to move in quick and going somewhere else was not an option. I had previously move from out of state. They placed me in chestnut 1 not chestnu

Negative stars. My boyfriend experienced something truly awful at these apartments. On Monday human diarrhea was left on the outside staircase and ground floor of his apartment building. It took until Thursday for them to “clean it up” which consisted of them power washing the steps and leaving the rest of the diarrhea to fester on the ground floor. They did not even disinfect the steps. FOR YOUR HEALTH, SAFETY, AND SANITY AVOID AVOID AVOID.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They trapped us in a lease refusing to tell us there were cockroaches until after we signed it. Then they turned around and sold a perfectly fine apartment room to our friends!!! Mind you we have a child on the way while I'm 5 months pregnant and this absolutely disgusting. Pretty positive we had a damn hoarder in our apartment before we signed which goes to show they don't even pay attention/give a shit about what their residents do.

Maintenance sucks and could care less about the health and welfare of their residents. Our daughter and son Inlaw live their with our 2 grandbabies as a father and grandfather my heart breaks to see the conditions Lindsey let's folks live in. Mold dryer that is a fire hazard the kids waterheater went bad an leaked causing water damage in the babies room (damaging the crib)carpet soaked with water and management says "it's a cleaning issue" no it's your problem for letting it get soaked.
