Chestnut Heights Townhomes

The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. They are very informative and made sure my daughter and I felt welcomed. The property was clean when I did a tour. I love the 3/2 townhome and the upgrades.

I moved in a few months ago now and I absolutely love it! The gals in the office were so friendly and helpful! My little doggos adore the off leash park! And I can’t get enough of my mirrors in the bathrooms and how spacious everything is! If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and still bring the modern amenities to the table I definitely recommend here!

I have been here for a few months, and Chestnut Heights is amazing. The residents are very very friendly. It’s in a beautiful location. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all amazing and very helpful. I would 10 out of 10 recommend chestnut heights!

My ice machine was not working when I moved in unfortunately but they jumped on it immediately & ordered a new unit. The Front Office & Maintenance team at Chestnut Heights are some of the best I’ve worked with.

I would steer clear of choosing Chestnut Heights for a Townhome. They are recently doing some small up grades in some units and jacking up the price of rent, the property is dirty and run down, there is constant trash everywhere, the two doggie poop bins are always full to the brim that you can't even use it. There is zero space for parking and hard to have any visitors over due to parking. The kids play in the street with zero adult supervision and have been rude and mouthy. Some people drive very fast through the area and I am shocked no one has been hit. The offer zero amenities. For the price that they are asking you can get into a much nicer place and get more bang for your buck. Maintenance can take a while to get to you and when they do the just put a band aide on whatever they
