We went in once and Jeff wasn’t very helpful at all. My realtor and I have also tried to reach out and email several times and stopped by. Jeff isn’t there nor does he answer his calls. He doesn’t reply emails or texts. He also doesn’t post the homes available for sale online. Not sure how he is the sales home consultant if he isn’t doing much of his job. Very disappointing and makes Chesmar Homes look very unprofessional. We wanted to get info to build a home but ended up going elsewhere due to this customer service.
