Chesmar Homes in Dellrose

Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaase, stay away from #ChesmarHome builder. I would have given -10 as rating if there was one. James helped us but could only to an extent. We were told to replace the stove, we are to completely tear down Sheetrock in the bedroom to re-wire. Let not talk about landscaping, they performed a horrible job. Pretty bad quality control. The walls all have some sort of texture inconsistency, also random holes where it looks like the wall was bumped with something then covered up with paint. The painters do a horrible job at their job... trims are painted in high gloss white... all of my doors look like they were painted by a toddler. Cosmetic things aren't covered by warranty, but looking at these imperfections is really frustrating.

This my husband's and I first home purchase together. Kathy made everything so easy from picking the selections to updating us on the progress of our home. She even went and took pictures will it was raining to insure us that there was no flooding. Justin also was amazing with his attention to detail as we did our walk through. He noticed things that we didn't..lol. just moved in and we are beyond in love with our home. Delrose Chesmar Homes is the place to be!!!

Ms kathy is super helpful with the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer, she eased my questions and uncertainty where I didn't know something. Quick to respond and communication is beyond supered. Excellent customer service 🤗
