I am so happy with my experience at Chesmar in Stillwater Ranch. Martha was so knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire building process. The model home is beautiful and the design center is located right inside! I highly recommend this home builder and this neighborhood. The hiking trails and pools are perfect for my active family and Scarborough Elementary is an amazing school.

Martha and Megan are spectacular. We were in talks with 3 different home builders, and the level of respect and understanding to our situation that Martha gave us was above and beyond. We were heavily leaning towards Chesmar homes for that reason alone. We had our eyes on a specific Chesmar home, but it didn't have the floor we liked. Martha and Megan worked together to swap out the flooring and find a new home to put the original flooring in with a single day's notice. That was definitely it. We went with Chesmar and are incredibly relieved we did. Even after the closing, Megan has continued to help us transition into our new home and has been nothing but responsive.
