I would recommend this company as well as Brian Widmayar and his team to do business with them. My husband and I needed to sell our house quickly. We was skeptical of cash now deals. However we have been proven wrong about that. Everything was legit they kept in touch with you as things progressed. Things went smoothly and fell right into place. They answered any questions you had with in a timely matter.

Unprofessional, incompetent, unhelpful. If you have ANY choice in using another title company in PA, I would strongly recommend it. I decided not to purchase a second home in PA, partially b/c of the experiences I had with the closing process through Chesapeake. It was the worst closing experience I have ever had.

Unprofessional staff sending out abrasive emails. At closing and overweight associate continued the unprofessionalism and abrasiveness. Told an associate that I wanted to pick a check up then was told the check was mailed.

Very professional and made the process a breeze!
