Gotta say, for someone that is scrambling to put a roof over my head, it was nice to talk to people that were able to laugh with me about it. Crystal was my agent helping me find the right unit for my needs, and she was amazing. Witty, knowledgeable, and good with a joke to keep things from getting too serious. Nala, while not my direct agent, was nothing but kind with her prospective tenant when I arrived for my tour, as well as when dealing with an existing tenant's situation at a later point. Seriously, both of them were fantastic. Everyone in that leasing office are top notch and needs to be paid all they are worth, and then some! Top tier excellence! 🤌🏻

Nala was awesome during our tour today. She was very patient answering all of our questions and very knowledgeable. The community is nice and the amenities are great. I’m excited to work with her, if we decide to go forward.

I take care of an individual in the complex. Before the snowstorm I was informed that I now have to pay for parking. This makes it cumbersome for anybody who has to take care of elderly individuals in your community. Now let's talk about the snow removal. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! YOUR COMPANY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. I AM HERE 2 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL CANNOT PARK IN VISITOR PARKING OR ANYWHERE IN THE PARKING AREA

This property has been overall a pretty great place to live for my family and I. The location is great and reasonably placed for our convenience to hospitals we work at UMBC and UMMS, and our nursing school without having to live in the city. Glen Burnie Park Elementary is nearby and we love the school and its community. Staff in the leasing office have always been helpful, especially Monet! She is always helpful and quick to address our concerns. You can tell she cares about the community and the residents living within it. She is such an asset to the company! On another note, the parking situation on the property is not great. While I understand the leasing staff tries to improve the situation, the parking along the roads around the property is a hazard for both residents and drivers pas

I’ve lived here so far for almost 2 months. It’s cool, parking isn’t terrible and the rent price isn’t bad. But I’ve now seen 2 roaches in 1 week and hell no. That’s absolutely disgusting. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance though. They are going to come out and spray in 2 days. But I do not plan on resigning when my lease is up because of that. Especially because i asked about pests before i moved in and got a very passive response. I see why now. The walls are also really thin. You can hear everything and my upstairs neighbors are really annoying almost 24/7
