My mother lived there for up to 6 years in that time due to the lack of availability in homes and apartments In the area she remained there . Nothing was ever fixed her fridge leaked water well she had to result to using a towel to leave under the fridge .her toilet took 4 -5 flushes to actually flush Simple urine , when the only thing that was replaced was the dishwasher the so called” Maintnance man “ stated hope she don’t break this one, he was always making slick comments very unprofessional, any issues he may had with my young brother he would address with him not the parent , now the “manager “ good luck asking her any questions regarding your lease or anything other than what day the rent is due beyond that she knows nothing , I myself am a manager and don’t always know the answer

Living here the past few months has been an actual nightmare. 1. On December 31st we got a note on our door stating the complex had been purchased and taken over by new owners, and that rent would now be due on the 3 and considered late on the 4th when it used to be considered late on the 6th (yeah, they did this right after Christmas) 2. The laundry room was vandalized and instead of purchasing security cameras they put restrictive hours on the laundry facilities (9am-8:30pm). Since I work during the day it’s extremely hard to get laundry done during these hours, and I’ve been kicked out a few times just for waiting for my clothes to dry. 3. There’s supposed to be one spare parking spot per apartment but there’s never any parking available (EVER), and my boyfriends car has got broken int

Former resident. Apartments are very poor quality, and are very much overpriced. Half of the electrical outlets were too loose to hold any plugins, and many other items in house were in rough shape. Management is the laziest I've ever seen, with an office that closes at noon and isn't even open on weekends, on top of taking several seemingly random days off. Dumpster was ALWAYS over flowing. Parking is extremely limited. Neighborhood is filled with disrespectful children who ding dong ditched several apartments and were a general, rule breaking nuisance that management did nothing about. Do not move here. Ever.

I am currently looking to move and have been calling around for vacancies. Because I work a little bit later and am a busy mother I dont get around to calling until later. So understandingly, I call an apartment complex and get the voicemail in which I leave a message so that they may get back to me. Yesterday I called Cheryl Lynn Apartments, thinking it was a pretty good apartment to move in to. To my surprise the manager answered the phone. I stated that I was surprised that I got an answer, that I was expecting a voicemail, but I was calling to inquire about an available apartment. The reply I got from the manager was completely snobby, saying "Are you seriously calling to ask about an apartment? Its a quarter to 9".
