After 5 years of putting up with mice, cockroaches, and countless other problems, they finally kicked me out of the apartment simply for not fulfilling their responsibilities. There was a huge mess in the basement that had been there for years, the heating broke down constantly, and it would be days before they sent someone to check what was needed. Every time it rained, the roof leaked, and they would just paint over it and consider the problem solved. Of course, if it rained again, it would leak again. Anyway, I could go on and on. Don't work with them; they only care about you paying the rent while the building falls apart.

Edit: After looking through bylaws for my condo association, I have found numerous violations on her, the board of trustees, as well as the obvious violations from the other tenants. The corruption runs DEEP. Tread carefully. A property manager should treat residents fairly and assist when there are disputes between neighbors. There are no fines for breaking the bylaws or the "updated rules" since the bylaws havent been updated in decades. Cheryl allows and protects harassment in her building and turns a blind eye to a year of harassment from trouble neighbors. She refuses to mediate or step in. Cheryl also doesnt keep up with safety concerns regarding the building and maintenance. If zero stars could be an option Id put that. She is criminally negligent at best. Do not work with her!!!!

I been renting apartments and referring family & friends for over 11 years. They have very nice affordable apartments. Everyone in the office is awesome, If something brakes in your apartment it’s fixed the day of your call or the next day. I have over 4 family members renting apartments from Cheryl. You guys rock! And Jenn is the best love her to pieces.

Pleasure to work with. Easy communication and honesty. Property management is tough and Cheryl does her best to try and resolve issues as promptly as possible.

I have been renting from them for over 20 years. They respond to call and repairs ASAP!! my experience with them has been awesome, Cheryl, Jen, and Nicole are great, kind, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend any of my friends to check them out at any time 👍❤️
