Don't believe the hype. Renovations are just a cover for them not being able to solve basic needs. Elevators break down constantly, bug+mice infestation everywhere, many floors backed up with clogged trash shoots, shower drains DO NOT actually drain properly (what smells like poop continues to come up the drain), lack of accountability with the residents and picking up dog poop, and ALL windows do not seal properly running up your ac/heating bills ... and management NEVER responds in a timely fashion. Imagine a PMC but way worse. AION does not give a crap once you sign, they only care for new sales. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and check the Facebook page (Cherry HillTower Tenants Association) to see how truly bad it is. Breakdown: Elevators - The elevators are constantly not working.

If you’re feeling adventurous and financially reckless, this apartment complex is for you. Living here feels less like renting a home and more like volunteering for a long-term social experiment. The elevators don’t work, the stairwell looks like it was last cleaned during the Enlightenment, and the fire alarm goes off so often it’s basically a scheduled event. The trash chute is perpetually full, the outdoor cushions have been marinating in rain and snow for three years straight, and mice roam the units like they’re on the lease. For the low price of $2,000 a month, you also get life-threatening amenities—such as broken outdoor lighting that literally electrocuted my dog. Management remains impressively unbothered by any of this, seemingly more committed to cosmetic upkeep than property u

The apartment layout is very nice, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I can mention. Overall, this has been a very disappointing place to live. The cleanliness of the building is consistently unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints to management, nothing has improved. The elevators are out of service frequently, and there is a persistent, strong smell of weed both inside and outside the building that often can be smelled withon the apartment. Billing has also been a frustrating experience, with unexpected and unjustified monthly charges appearing regularly. Communication with the office is poor, and it often takes repeated follow-ups to get any response. It took nine weeks for me to receive my security deposit refund, which is far beyond a reasonab

This place deserves 0 stars. I walked in around 5:30pm yesterday to visit my friend, and once again the elevators were down and the fire department was here. I had to walk up 14 floors... This isn't the first time, and my friends who live here constantly see rats/mice and had to live with cockroaches for a full month. I'd recommend not living here for yourself and your visitors.

This place is the missing 10th circle of hell, and I say that as a guest visiting a friend. Even from the outside, it’s clear this complex is a mess. The lobby is always full of trash, the front door and gates never lock, and the entire building smells like weed—hallways, elevators, everywhere. It’s not subtle. My friend also dealt with a broken toilet for four months, which tells you everything you need to know about how management handles basic living conditions. We can’t forget about the minimum of 3 times that cars drove off the highway and crashed through the borderline nonexistent gates into tenants cars. As someone just visiting, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I can’t imagine actually living here. Avoid at all costs.
