I applied here also two weeks ago paid the application fee I been calling this place also for the last two weeks and once again Wendy ? Isn’t answering it they aren’t even being courtesy enough to let you know if your denied or approved ! Which isnt fair at all especially to the ones who are actually house searching and taking time out there day to fill out the application give you all the info you need just to turn around and not hear nothing ! This is why people are so judgmental about paying application fee now and days!

Don’t move here, they don’t care. Every winter no heat or hot water. Maintenance is included with the rent but yet they still try to make you come out of pocket. Rent goes up every year. People can’t park. So many speed bumps it’s like you’re playing Mario cause you’re going up and down. Wendy says she’s about rent but then makes remarks and is no help. Truth is Corp in Middletown you go for rent. Wendy is just a middle person that’s it. Every three months it’s constantly threatening people about termination of lease. They terminate and raise prices. You can pay your rent on time and they’ll still find a reason to put you out. A whole change of management and scenery would be a start to fix this place. But yeah save your money cause even if you start at 1400 I guarantee it be double that b

I have been living at cherry hill for over 2 years and unfortunately due to finances, cannot afford to move. RENTERS BEWARE! They have only 2 maintenance men working in this complex which means when the 30 year old building starts to have problems, it takes someone months to respond to a work order such as aggressive bee hives on the dangerous rotting wooded balcony. The sliding glass door takes ALL OF MY STRENGTH to open. The 5-6 layers of paint on the walls, the doors and door frames are chipping. The wooden cabinets in the kitchen are rotting, especially underneath the sink where there is an active leak. ALL COMPLETELY IGNORED MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. The common area doors are equipped with an old spring so that when someone comes in or out, the door slams SO HARD that the pictures fall of

I’ve lived here over a year. Very nice community, management is in middletown but the maintenance and on grounds staff are prompt with addressing issues and are kind and resourceful. Very peaceful out here! I love that we are close to stores but also connected to woods and the rail trail. Perfect location!

My daughter and I went to pick up my SIL and the drive way was RIDDLED with ice. Then I slipped on the icy sidewalk holding my two year old. Even though I tried to shield her in the fall, she ended up hitting her head. My knee was hurt so bad from the fall that all I could do was sit on the cold icy pavement and try and console my daughter. Please take more care to ice the road, especially the sidewalks. I wouldn’t want anyone else getting hurt
