Cherry creek apartments

The landlord is a complete jerk. She doesn’t let kids ride their bicycles unless they’re her own. In fact, I’ve caught her letting her children do multiple things she doesn’t allow the renters children do. Such as letting them play on the playground during COVID while restricting others, letting her children ride bikes, allowing them to treat the renters disrespectfully, etc. She needs to get her kids in check before demanding anyone else does. Also if a renter needs to buy something new to replace something old, she takes it as a- “I’m making enough money to buy this item, so you need to raise my rent.” The landlord is my only complaint, the complexes are nice,(unlike the landlord and her insufferable children) there are men who come by regularly to do yard work, and they used to do group

I hear a big dog crying all day long from these apartments, sad the neighbors don't do something about the animals being abused there! Used to be such a nice neighborhiod to take my dogs to walk. Not anymore! Very sad!

Very clean, family friendly, well maintained community!
