I came in the office today and received excellent service and great energy, LOVE the new manager Chiquita she has great customer service.

I would like to take the time to let Cherokee Owners know that Maria has been the best thing Cherokee has had in years . I have lived her 8 years and never experienced the welcoming and comfort I feel with Maria .. The owners have made a great choice with Maria.. She could be a little strict but this is what Cherokee needs. . Since she came to these apartments there has been a big change . The reason I want to express how I feel is because my neighbors are constantly feeling threaten because she is doing her job . I always say if you follow the rules then you have nothing to worry about. I’ve heard rumors that she will be leaving soon and that would be a big mistake for Cherokee to allow .. I really like her personality she is down to earth and makes several of us finally feel at home .. T

I like the new management company I see the change in the community. Me and my mom live together Logan gave us a new stove because we wasn't able to cook. Logan and Javier is doing really well keep up the good work.
