Chenal Place Apartments

This place should be condemned. Worst place ever. Cockroaches everywhere. They treat you like trash. Trash is overflowing everywhere. People leave trash in the parking lots. Mailboxes are all broken into. Complete slums. Avoid this place. Not worth the hassle. City is useless to enforce. Why? They keep a place like this is beyond ridiculous.

Cute little place to live too bad the surrounding apartments are straight garbage. I would highly recommend nobody to ever live on reservoir it is like one of the crappiest parts of Little Rock. You would be better off living in government housing because at least that way it would be a lot cheaper.

Nice carpet its becoming to look like home my kids love there room I just wish it was a playground or basketball goals or some they can play on

I wouldn’t move here to save my life, other people that stay out here don’t have courtesy for no one around them. They are nasty, loud, rude and disrespectful. I believe half of these people don’t work so they don’t care about no one else that does. You can put in so much work orders for things to be fixed they fix what they wanna fix in they time of matter. Roach’s is under control only see pet control one and you pay for those things, rent so high but you not getting your money worth , every time you clean a tub it chips paint and that cause led in the body.ine walls they just gone paint over that. Lived there for almost a year, in that time they changed management and caused hundreds in extra payments from my girlfriend and I. We moved in to an apartment that was flooding in two closets full time and dripping water through a ceiling light fixture in our bathroom. This was not fixed for over 2-3 months while we dealt with it, I had actually already scheduled an appointment for a city inspector to come out. They called it an immediate and serious threat to life and danger to inhabitants. Then all of the sudden they wised up and got new management and finally fixed all the issues in our apartment (but of course left walls unpainted and damages all over). Then the new management had the audacity to not give us a grace period on paying our rent (first time late ever for over half a
