My home purchase contract did not go through, and I had to request a refund of my escrow deposit. Unfortunately, the process was not handled smoothly. Communication was lacking, and the customer service I experienced was disappointing. While my interaction with this company was brief, it left a negative impression.

I highly recommend this title company. They offer top notch service and I guarantee their communication skills are the best in the business. They stay on top of every detail and contact you the minute anything changes. They work with you and explain everything that is happening. They have made the closing of my house a complete joy, as it should be.

In my opinion, this company was pretty good to deal with until they get your money. After that they don't seem to want to have anything to do with their customers. I called in after about 5 weeks to find out where my title insurance and deed was. I was told they had been very busy and all that was left was for my insurance to be reviewed. She said it could take 2 more weeks. I called back in today and the lady said that they had been busy and it may be an additional two weeks. I told her that is what she said last time and questioned why it takes two months in order to review a title policy. She got upset and transferred me to the manager.
