Chehalis Avenue Apartments

I have got to say, i've lived at this apartment complex for quite some time. It's gone through quite a few companies, and a lot of them did not help the people who lived here very much. The new company that just bought these apartments near a year ago have been amazing. Even right down to the point when we were flooding, they got right to work, jumped in sandbagging and helping people get out of their homes safely. I was very surprised on how much they helped everyone and tried to keep organized and keep in contact with the people displaced from their home including me. Brandy, tina, faith, jerry we're all amazing and are doing a great job, and trying to get this place back on track. I want to say a big thank you to all of you who have put in the time and effort, helping all of us.

The new people are good i like some dis like one like Jerry is my friend l him alot help me get thought being over but I get hass every time the manager here

Have been getting the run around got told in may we got the apartment but am still waiting and get told it’ll be this date and don’t happen cuz I tried contacting them and never get a answer and I need a place to live so it not ok to tell people they have a apartment if your not gonna give it to them

BE WARE..... Refuses to pay bill of having donation hubs cleaned out. Gave small discount cause they used me before. They are as of this posting 36 days past due. Was advised check was cut on July 20, 2022 it is now August 10, 2022 no payment. Will be filing in small claims Monday asking for double amount. 08/10/22 update refuses to pay because someone didn't have me fill out forms. Another company by same name at a P.O.Box got paid instead. Now my company is out $400. BE WARE.....
