I’ve had such a great experience living here! The apartment complex is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The management team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I need anything. I especially want to recognize Aisha Blevins and Payal Dod They are always so kind, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. The community feels very safe and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is positive and relaxed. The amenities are also a big plus — everything is kept in great condition. This has honestly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a friendly, stress-free place to live!

Omar was on point with addressing our needs. He was timely, friendly, and our service requests were completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We toured Chattahoochee Ridge with Aisha Blevins, and she was truly outstanding! The community itself is gated and impressively clean, which immediately gave us a great first impression. Aisha went way above and beyond, showing us not just current units but potential future homes that aren't even on the market yet, just so we could get a real feel for the layouts, locations, orientations, and balcony views. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, answering every question with kindness and professionalism. The whole experience felt welcoming and stress-free, and it's clear she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. We had a very difficult experience with mold in our apartment, which affected our comfort and caused some health concerns. It was a stressful process at first, and we were disappointed with how things started. However, after many conversations and follow-ups, the management — especially Alta Brown and Robert Mitchell — took our situation seriously and worked with us to find a fair solution. They allowed us to end the lease early without penalties and made sure we received our deposit back. Even though it was a hard situation, I’m thankful that in the end everything was handled in a respectful and professional way.

Horrible customer service. Beware if you've moved into 1402 or 1401, hopefully you're not experiencing any water issues or gnats. My neighbor and I moved out at the same time for these reasons. They did not care, and I didn't when I cursed them out for purposely not coming to fix overflowing sink with sewage water for over 12 hours. Definitely call my lawyer and was ready to go to court if I had any more issues.
