Chatham Parke

Chatham Parke is a wonderful community and greatplace to live. I've been here for 6 years, and I love the location. The management team here, Scarlet and Joyce, are amazing, along with the maintenance team. The Chatham Parke community is well maintained. If you are looking for an apartment, you should definitely check out the Chatham Parke community.

Amazing place to live, been here going on 3 years and I love it! The office staff makes you feel so welcome and at home. Property is peaceful and well maintained. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

We LOVE living at Chatham Parke and it was the best apartment experience we've ever had. We came from out of state and grateful that we signed here. The entire leasing office team (Scarlett and Joyce) and the maintenance/ground keeping team were amazing and very kind! We felt completely safe walking around the property at all times and the neighbors are just great as well. The property itself and amenities are well taken care of and our units were super nice upon move in. We will miss Chatham Parke when we move out :) Highly recommend if you're looking for a new home!
