I lived at Chateaux for 2+ years. Since then, I have recommended this complex to multiple people. The maintenance staff (Halen was always so kind and helpful) were quick with any issues and always cheerful to see around! I can't share enough how friendly some of the maintenance staff was. Rent was a great price for the area, amenities, and units themselves. Most of the neighbors were great, respectful, and friendly. We did have a few car break ins and domestic disputes that we witnessed, but that is BR and the complex usually made efforts to address the issues. During our stay, we did have some major flooding and back-up issues due to the age of the building (built in the 1960s I believe), but again, the in-house team was quick and helpful. Upon move-out, we did not incur any crazy charg

I never write reviews but Chateaux Dijon has EARNED this one!! I’ve lived in 4 different BR apartments in the past 4 years (including oakbrook, the lodges, and redpoint) and have never been this pleased with a complex. It is SO clean and well-maintained. Nothing is really ever broken or dirty and if it is it’s fixed by the next day. The Maintenance team is the nicest, cleanest, most professional and efficient that I’ve ever interacted with. I didn’t even have to clean the unit the day I moved in because the cleaning crew had done a FANTASTIC job. I mean it was spotless. No bugs, no mold, brand new appliances… After living here for only 3 months, I can tell the staff cares more about their residents than making or saving as much money as possible. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

I lived at Chateaux Dijon Apartments for over two years, and while the property may look nice on the surface, my experience was far from it. First, be cautious about the deposit and move-out charges. My deposit was $100, but upon moving out I was hit with more than $600 in fees for things like “stains on the carpet” and small marks around the apartment. The carpet already had stains when I moved in, but they still charged me for a full replacement. They will find reasons to collect more money in the end. The safety concerns were even worse. I dealt with a neighbor who had severe outbursts—screaming at odd hours, banging on the walls so hard that my pictures fell and broke, and even knocking at my door late at night to intimidate me. I reported this multiple times to both the former and n

I lived there for 4 years. When I first moved in the complex was nice and the office staff were also friendly. As time went on the original office staff were replace my rude people. They were no longer helpful and acted like you were bothering them when you called with any questions. The maintenance crew were also odd. I was walked in on while in the shower. It was quite obvious I was in the shower when you can hear water running in the living room. I was also not told at times when they were coming in to do repairs. The way I would find out was my belongings thrown on the ground because they did not care. It also felt like it was not a safe place to live. I was walking my dog one night and I was being followed by a man around the apartment complex. I called the front office about it and

I think the property is extremely beautiful, well-kept and clean. My daughter lives there and I come over to visit her quite frequently! The only concerns I have is and before I say this I am far from a racist, but there are some strange Indonesia people over there! One day, I went to visit my daughter and when I passed by to get to her apartment there were 2 guys and a lady standing outside just staring at me very strangely. When I came back outside my daughter walked out with me to walk me to my car and it was like 10 of them just standing there, smoking and they all just started staring at us! We spoke politely and friendly and they said nothing, just kept looking at us! When we made it to my car we looked back and like 6 more were walking up joining the others and they were walking exa
