I’ve had the pleasure of living at Chateau Victor not once, but twice it is truly a hidden gem. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and always felt like home. Management and maintenance were consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference. The overall atmosphere of the community is peaceful and welcoming. I’m incredibly grateful for my time here and would absolutely recommend Chateau Victor to anyone looking for a place that feels special✨

The office has never answered phone calls and only occasionally responds via text, often neglecting to follow up as promised. In contrast, Javier Rafael, the head of maintenance, has been incredibly helpful. He promptly resolves my issues, keeps me updated on repairs, and is always friendly and responsive.
