Chateau Apartments

This is one of the most welcoming apartment complexes I have ever visited, Lora was just so pleasant. Just friendly, welcoming and welling to answer all our stupid questions. Showed us everything that was ready and told us when units were going to be ready. The property is an older property, but she makes it worth wanting to live here. We put our application in the same day and ready to move in. We can't wait to become part of Chateau. The best manager we have had the pleasure to come to know. Way to go MS Lora ❤️💕

Loving the new lady in the office. Ms Lora has been a ray of sunshine. So kind extra professional, just what we needed. I thought I was going to move because some people get to comfortable and stop caring. But she came along trying to make a change. I finally don't mind telling others where I stay at. I would recommend this place but talk and deal with Ms Lora I promise you will not get a stank attitude with her. Just wanted to say thank you Bearden for bringing her to us.

I had to come on here and give this place a 5 star if I could do more I would. I just had the best tour I EVER had Ms Lora was nothing but a ray of sunshine!!! Very informative she smiled the entire time, very friendly her words very comforting and I felt like family for once. Most places make you feel rushed or try to throw you a set of keys and hurry you out. Ms Lora walked me to the units showing me everything asking me questions like I belonged here. I'm definitely making this my home I suggest you do the same. There is a gem in this office for real!! 🩵🩵

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Until they get a new manager in there, these places is trash!! I wouldn't let my worst enemy in there!!! The manager has been there so long she doesn't even care, so unprofessional , looks like on of the residents, doesn't take her job seriously, answers the phone like it's her house 🤦🏼‍♀️ like come on!! The place looks like a trash dumpster. Who ever owns those apartments need to reevaluate and look at the manager and FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Take it from me and many others as long as there is a chic name ASHLEY in there RUN AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! don't waste your time or money on this dump!! ✌🏼

Unfortunately, I’ve had a very frustrating experience with management. The woman who works in the office with the short hair has been consistently rude and disrespectful. In addition, her dog barks constantly, which has become a daily disturbance. I’m extremely disappointed with how these issues are being handled. Management seriously needs to address this, because if things don’t improve, I will be moving. This situation is completely unacceptable.
