These apartments are by far the worst I've EVER encountered and I've lived in 6 different apartments before (nothing to brag about of course) but here the landlord/landlords "Issac and his brother" are absolute scammers and criminals. I stayed here with my family for maybe 3 months and in the first month was complete hell dealing with the landlords constant harassment towards me and my family but yet never had the time to let us into the office to sign the lease so nope we never got to sign one throughout our entire stay and later we found out why because of course at first he claims to be an understanding person but is the complete opposite. I was late 2 weeks on my rent and he sent his brother to make payment arrangements with my husband (which we complied our best with) and after they l

I have been here 3 years and this feels like home ....my kids are safe as well...both landlords are vary understanding.

These apartments quiet ,peacful, friendly, and spacious. Every one keeps to them selves except in the court yard a family friendly open aired grassy area in the center of all apartments. There families gather, bbq, and socialize together. I've been a resident for over two years and I've yet to have to wait to long for any repairs or questions.

I have been living for the past 4 years, and my experience has been exceptional. The helpful management is consistent and always make sure any of my issues are taken care of. Many upgrades have been made in the last 2 years under the new management. They are great and were much needed. I really appreciate them. They have consistently gone above and beyond, making upgrades to all the units getting new carpets, new restrooms, new appliances, new laundry rooms, new lighting all around the complex, more security cameras, and even getting new amazon lockers too!!!. Any issues we had before with the old management were quickly addressed. No more bugs at all! And they listen to our suggestions now! Thank you for reviving the apartments. The love from the new manager shows!

I’ve lived here sense may and I love it here, also have 3 kids and they love it here a place you can call home . Everything you need is literally around the apartments, the school and shopping centers The apartments are really big on the inside very spacious. The manager is very nice and he is very understanding, so is the team that work with him!. I’ve had zero problems here if I need something the manger and he’s team stay on it . The manager makes sure it’s a safe environment for kids , No fights no drama here gated and safe . I recommend this place!(:
