Chason Affinity Companies

Chason Affinity has owned the church buildings at 3235 Main Street for years. The buildings are in a derelict state with broken windows, weeds, garbage, glass all over, and I would assume vermin. If they are not going to do something with the property, sell it! It is a blight on the neighborhood and I am sure Mark Chason and his wife would not want a property like that near their house on Chapin Blvd.

I reside in their Snyder Park Apartments and since November of 2017 I have been waiting for my bath tub to be redone. I have been in contact with their rental agent, I have been in direct contact with the manager and as of 08/09/18 it is still not done. They are raising our rent if we renew which is absolutely ludicrous when I have been asking to have my tub redone for 9 months!@!!!!!!!!

We don’t want your behemoth eyesore of a building in the Elmwood Village.
