I am so incredibly disgusted. I was turned away before I even got a chance to tour a rental because I have poor credit. I hadn't even applied mind you. And I was told that she was 99% postitve my ESA would have to pay the pet fee even if I had a letter stating that I needed him from my doctor in MN! She told me no realtor would take my husband and I so I should just stop looking... Explain to me then why I am renting a house now. Through a realtor with my bad credit???
Her and her assistant were a delight, found me my dream home in less than 72 hrs.
Worked with us on upgrades when purchasing our home. Always getting things done in a timely manner.
