Chase Village

Lovely place to live! Safe and friendly atmosphere. Staff are all excellent and eager to share smiles and waves in passing. Pretty sure both my son and I are on a first name basis with the majority of the people that work here. You can catch them cruising around in the golf carts, in the office, or at theme parties by the pool. The office has snacks and drinks to offer residents most days and also on national holidays like pizza day they have special treats. With amenities like tanning, swimming, two gyms, a Clubhouse for special events and so much more…. Chase Village offers a friendly little community full of extras for all of us to enjoy. Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcomed where they choose to live and that is definitely what we feel here! Thanks for to the crew for alway

I moved to Chase Village during covid and after I had just got a puppy who would turn out to be 135 lbs. It's almost impossible to find a place that has no breed or weight restrictions AND loves your pet. I remember walking into the office and immediately feeling at home. I received a tour of a 3x2 and it was larger than the 3x1 house I had just moved out of. I could write so much about my 3 years here but take a tour and see for yourself.

I recently moved into Chase Village a few days ago and wow can I say my experience has been amazing! The leasing manager, Victoria, has made the moving process a breath of fresh air! She listened to my needs on what I wanted in an apartment and provided me with the perfect unit! The communication with her and the Chase Village team has been stellar. I’ve had bad moving experiences so this has really been so nice to have a leasing team actually cares about you and your needs. Even the maintenance team has been amazing, during the busy move in season they still make your requests feel prioritized with fast turnaround times. I’m so excited to spend the next year at Chase and if you’re looking for a new apartment I highly recommend!

I’ve lived at Chase Village for 4 years now, and have always received great communication and thoughtfulness from the staff. We needed to replace our washing machine that we rent, and Jaden was very helpful with this process. He not only replaced our washing machine, but also checked the dryer and the dishwasher, deeming them all defunct. Because of his diligence and attention to detail, I have three new appliances instead of one. Thank you so much!

Chase Village is an exceptional apartment complex that offers an outstanding living experience. The amenities are top-tier, with well-maintained facilities like the fitness center, pool, and community spaces designed to enhance comfort and convenience. One thing that i might add is that the fitness centers people continue to steal some gym equipment, but management does their best to replace and fix anything that may be missing or damaged. What truly sets Chase Village apart, however, is its incredible staff. They are not only friendly and approachable but also consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Whether it’s quickly addressing maintenance needs or finding ways to improve the community, their dedication shines through.
