Chase Rogers Home Inspections of Martinsburg

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Chase during a recent rental property inspection! With a very tight schedule and a lot of moving parts to coordinate, he went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. I truly appreciated his flexibility (especially with such short notice), professionalism, and thoroughness. Not only was he prompt, communicative, and incredibly detailed in his work, but he was also friendly and made sure all of my clients’ questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also so accommodating, approachable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Chase to anyone in need of a reliable, top-notch home inspector!

Chase was fantastic for our home inspection! He answered all my questions, he was early, and he got us our pictures and inspection information in a timely manner!

Chase is by far one of the best inspectors in West Virginia. He found stuff that most other inspectors would never find and saved us from a financial burden.

Had the worst experience with Chase Rogers inspecting my home. He knocked down a set of plantation shutters and didn’t replace them but left them on the floor in a heap in another room. He also apparently didn’t take a ladder with him because he found my stepstool in a closet that he used instead. When pulling the stepstool out of the closet, he knocked a wheel off a vacuum cleaner. He didn’t put the wheel back on and he didn’t put the stepstool back either. That was left in the middle of a bedroom. He also pushed up ceiling tiles in every room upstairs that he didn’t pull back down. He left trash in the kitchen and mud on my floors. He’s a one man wrecking ball. In my opinion, he’s unprofessional, damages property and his license should be revoked.

Chase was very helpful and personable in addition to being very thorough. He pointed out his recommendation on what needed to be fixed/updated and most importantly pointed out the deal breakers that saved me from buying a house that needed a new roof and had a faulty foundation. I am very grateful!
