The automated phone menu keeps disconnecting me after numerous options pushed. It would be nice if there was an option (such as 0) to speak to the branch and answer a simple question as if they have notary services, if said notary is in, how much if a Chase client...
I give this branch a 5. Becasue there was a nice guy (Eric)who greeted me and helped me with what I was there for. Very respectful, good manners. That’s what we are looking for. Eric is an asset to this branch. I am impressed 👏👏👍
