Chase Home Lending

I am a veteran and I chose this bank because of the $2000 they give us towards closing, plus the $5000 they give us towards certain neighborhoods. Absolutely the most terrible bank to get a mortgage loan through. The loan specialists nor supervisors have no clue what it takes to close on your home. They asks for paperwork in pieces, when it should be upfront all at once. Then maybe as time gets closer asks for one or two things. For example Chase Bank asks for my personal income taxes and bank statements 3 days prior to my closing date. That was the first time that I was asked for those documents. Things like that should be asked for on Day 1. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Horrible customer service. We had an appointment at 9:30am... 30 minutes later Conrad Torriani is still with a customer. At this time we hadn't said anything and were waiting patiently. We get up and ask how much longer it would be. Conrad Torriani doesn't seem to care that he's gone over. He pretty much just tells us oh well, if you don't want to wait then leave and go to another branch. We will never return to this branch because of him. Hopefully his manager reads this and replaces him with someone who actually cares about customer's time.
