Horrible customer service. Liars. I have fear now my money will be stolen by an employee. Who threatened me. I have fear of Cynthia. I begged them to listen to the recording. Teresa. Management refused.! We have banked at chase since I was a teenager in Chicago! We are leaving 151st Lagrange.! We fear the way we are treated. After 37 years! Our money is no longer safe. We have to go through so many steps to start over at another establishment. The management Teresa has given us no choice. Allowing threats from her employee Cynthia. No apologies. I tried to schedule appointment to close accounts. She refused. Until I said. Are you serious. It’s my money. So unprofessional. 37 years of trust down the drain.

I would give Zero Stars if they let me. Awful experience. Awful customer experience. They make commitments (in writing) prior to refinance and then consistently deny requests to honor those commitments. Do not do business with Chase Mortgage!
